I am a physical therapist who believes in treating the whole body while treating pelvic floor conditions. I counsel with my patients about their sleep, nutrition, medications and physical activity. I graduated from University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2023. I met my husband in the Azores, Portugal while visiting my family from college in 1995. I am a mother of 6 children with 2 sons currently serving in the military. I received my pelvic floor training from Herman-Wallace and have outstanding outcomes with patients. I am easily relatable with all ages and backgrounds. I am conversational in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese languages. We have lived in the Omaha Nebraska area since 2002 with our family.
